Thank you for shopping at Aatika.pk. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Cases

At Aatiqa.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer Returns and Exchanges for Damaged, Incorrect, Missing Orders, or Variant / Shade / Type discrepancies under the following terms and conditions.

Case 1: Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Report Time

You must report any issue within 7 days of delivery.
Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Required Evidence

  • A clear photo of the Order Invoice (available inside the parcel)

  • For damaged/incorrect items, product photos may also be required

Verification & Pickup

  • Verification takes up to 48 hours

  • After approval, pickup will be arranged

Return Condition

Products must be:

  • Completely unused

  • All seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact

Items failing the Quality Check will be rejected and returned.

Charges

  • Pickup & re-dispatch are free within the same city

  • Other cities (outstation orders): Shipping charges must be paid by the customer, as per courier rates

Case 2: Exchange (Variant, Shade, or Type)

Report Time

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Required Evidence

A clear picture of the Order Invoice.

Verification & Pickup

  • Verification within 48 hours

  • Pickup will then be scheduled

Exchange Condition

  • Products must be unused, with original seals and tags intact

Charges

  • Rs. 250 (pickup + delivery)

  • Outstation customers will pay the shipping fee as per courier charges

Refund Option

Refunds are issued as an Internal Credit Voucher only.
Cash refunds are NOT available except when an item is out-of-stock.

Additional Policies

Damage Criteria

Replacement applies only if damage is more than 25%.

Makeup Products

  • Exchanges allowed if shades mix or break

  • Minor damage due to fragility is not eligible

Brushes

Colour variations are not returnable or exchangeable.

Hair Tools

Replacement is allowed only for:

  • Functional faults

  • Damage over 25%

Deals / Bundle Offers

  • If an item in the deal is wrong, a replacement of similar quality will be provided

  • No return/exchange for the replacement item

Imported Products Notice

Some products come under multiple brands but offer the same quality and performance.
If your selected brand is unavailable, we may send an equivalent alternative.

💡 Brand variation alternatives are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notes

Pre-Packaged Items

Manufacturer-sealed items cannot be inspected or returned once opened.

Courier Delays

Pickup may take 6–8 working days due to courier limitations.

Duty & Import

Some items ship as raw materials to reduce cost and prevent damage.

Refund Timelines

i. Debit / Credit Card Payments

Refund processed within 21 working days.

ii. JazzCash / Easypaisa Payments

Refund processed within 2–3 working days.

Bank Details Note

Customers must provide accurate bank details to avoid delays.
